Victims Rights
In 2020, our team added an attorney dedicated to providing legal services to survivors of human trafficking. Survivors face unique situations and can experience legal needs including but not limited to family law, victim rights, expungement, and housing law. This role also assists with community education and training. We work closely with the Tri-County Human Trafficking Taskforce and South Carolina Human Trafficking Taskforce.
